Shopify Expert for tired discount function

Dear Shopify Freelancer/ Agency,
We ourselves are a small 2 person agency.
For one of our customers www.stackedskincare.com (a shopify shop) we will require some help with regards to the shopify shop.
See what the customer wants in the points below.
Here is what the client wants:
1. Please make live a cart tiered discount that always runs until we turn it off in November for holiday sales. Make this live using Shopify Script Editors. We would like this to be with the code AllTreats for right now. We would appreciate the code associated for tracking purposes. As I stated above, you must copy what is in the Yotpo Loyalty Redemption Script so that it is also live at the same time. Attached is the BlackFriday script that was previously used.

2. Before making it live please test that the tiers works as well as loyalty. You can test the loyalty functionality by logging in, going to https://stackedskincare.com/pages/stacked-rewards, scroll to Redeem for Products and add a product to your cart. The product you selected should show up for $0. If it shows up full price, that means loyalty is not working.
3. Please change the cart shipping threshold bar at the top of the cart to instead show the threshold offer. For example: If they have $55 in their cart per the example attached, the seafoam bar in the cart would read "Add $120 for 20% off". Attached is an example as it is now with shipping and an example of how it can look showing the threshold.
4) We need to be able to customize the text + button background + button text colors - need both desktop + mobile customization options available.
We have tried completing the first point using discount duck app.
https://apps.shopify.com/discountduck? In our test shop it functions but live it does not.
Would you be able to help us today itself? If yes, I will send you the access details. A video call is obviously possibe.
