Shopify Expert for Instagram, Chatbot & Dual Language Integration

I am in need of a Shopify expert who can help me with the following:
- Design a fully functional store, with integration for dual language. I would like the store to be hosted in Colombia and in the USA with prices that are different for each location. We have a physical presence in both locations and do not want the two to be on one site. I guess that I need a .com.co and also a .com. I like the functionality and esthetics of estheticstore.com.co - I am not affiliated with this site in any way.
- Instagram Shopping Integration: I would like my products to be available for purchase directly via Instagram. This feature is essential for my business, and I need someone who is proficient in setting this up on Shopify and also able to help on an ongoing basis with instagram adverts and gaining organic growth to a new instagram handle
- Chatbot Development for Customer Queries: I would like a chatbot on my site to primarily handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, I would also like the chatbot to be able to answer delivery questions . The chatbot should be able to provide relevant information about products and services, and help resolve issues that customers might have.
- Dual Language Functionality (English & Spanish): I need my Shopify store to flawlessly support content in both English and Spanish. For the content translation, I prefer to work with professional translation services to ensure the highest quality and accuracy.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Shopify and its various integrations, particularly Instagram Shopping.
- Previous experience in developing and implementing chatbots for customer service.
- Strong understanding of managing dual language content in Shopify.
- Experience working with professional translation services for content localization in e-commerce platforms.
