Shopify Expert Required - Custom header work (see work in details)

1st task:
Our website link: https://www.madameprovence.com/collections/maison-cuisine
You see at top our header shows different colors with different collections.
=> The link I sent you is for blue collection, you can see header color is blue and announcement bar light blue.
Please click on the product.
=> You will be redirected to the product page and you will still see the header is blue and announcement bar is light blue.
However, if you click on any items from the naviguation menu, you will get redirected to a page with white default header.
This is not good.
=> We want the header and announcement bar to be associated with collection color, please see below:
- For pink collection (https://www.madameprovence.com/collections/animaux), if click on "PANIER" from naviguation menu, then header of PANIER page must be pink.
- For blue collection (https://www.madameprovence.com/collections/maison-cuisine), if click on "PANIER" from naviguation menu, then header of PANIER page must be blue.
So need custom code to apply header code for ALL PAGES depending collection template.
We need this for all pages, not only PANIER.
etc ...
A solution is maybe to duplicate each page 4 times and in header change link to /panier2, /panier3, /panier4 and recreate but need clean and optimized code.
Need also do 4 different footer just to change link in nav menu.
So we are looking for someone who can do this with clean code.

2nd task:
When there is one product on cart, cart drawer looks good.
However, starting from 2 differents products in cart, you can scroll inside cart drawer (please test you will understand better) but problem is that we can't see the texts clearly.

I want you to reduce size of the scrolling in the cart drawer so when there is at least 2 different products in cart, the 2 texts will still be always visible.
Even when there are 3, 4, 5 etc ... different products in cart.

Need this fix for mobile, tablets and desktop.
The reduced size should be different.
