Shopify Expert Needed for Quick Tasks

I'm in need of a skilled Shopify expert to assist me with some quick tasks that I need done on my store. There are 3 tasks in total:
- Implement design and layout changes on the checkout page
- Integrate two new local payment gateways
It's crucial that these changes are first implemented on a test site. After validating that everything works correctly, we can then move the changes to the live production site.
Ideal Skills:
