Shopify Expert, Customiz shopping cart page / Use USPS API -- 2

We have a shopify store, and its has products being shipped ton ONE customer from from two origins; china and usa.
We want the shopping cart to show products grouped by domestic & international Origins. As you can see in the attachment.
The draft is not complete. We will work on styling detail after the calculations portion is completed.
The USPS calculation for shipping will be used by sending each items dimensions and weight. Then from there we will apply a percentage markup or down to each options. There are 3 options:
Economy - Inexpensive and takes time.
Standard - Fast
Expedited - Fastest
There will be a markup value in configuration for each one, for example.
Ecomomy:.8
Standard: .6
Expedited: 1
So if USPS returns a cost of $10 for economy then we will charge (10 x .8) = $8
Simple calculation.
We want to see and be confident you have done this before more than once. And we need this done in a reasonable amount of time.
Deliverables will be clear and specific, we will require communication daily and ability to test updates on the shopify site. If you have a development site, even better we can review updates via your development site.
