Shopify Expert to Create a copy of a Woocommerce site

I would like to create a copy of a woocommerce site but in shopify.
I have seen a website that I like the look of and I want to use this design to make my own site on shopify. This site you make for me will use the exact creative images, the exact wording and all the page layouts of the site in question. The only difference will be an update to the shopping cart page which i'll explain below shortly.

I understand that this site has a subscription module running in the background for product subscriptions so your detailed proposal should outline to me any plugins that i'll need to purchase or pay for regularly to keep the site running. One of the modules i've seen online is https://rechargepayments.com/ but i'd be happy to hear your suggestions on other product subscription plugins that can do the job.
Differnce in shopping cart
The difference in the shopping cart will be that my shop will have multiple products where the site mentioned only sells one product. The shop page will need to first land on an over product page and then the customers will go through the subscription for the products they want to subscribe to or they will one time purchase if they don't want to subscribe. (i can provide mock ups for the change)
The other change is that the store should be geo-located. If a customer visits the site in France I would like prices to display in Euros, if they visit in America the site should display in USD. As most people don't read the full bid please ensure your bid contains the words "worldwide selling is where the money is" to demonstrate your English level and that you read this whole bid. This is extremely important as we'll be selling worldwide.
