Shopify Email List Cleanup
Budget: $50 – $60 AUD
I have an email list sourced directly from customer orders on my Shopify store. When I send large campaigns using Shopify Email, the sends are repeatedly paused due to a high bounce rate. I’m looking to have the list professionally cleaned and properly structured so future campaigns send without issues.
What I need done:
• Review and verify all email addresses using Shopify’s built-in validation tools and best practices, and identify any addresses that are undeliverable or high-risk.
• Remove or suppress invalid, bouncing, or risky contacts so the final list can be safely used in Shopify without triggering bounce-rate warnings.
• Once the list is cleaned, organise the remaining subscribers into sensible segments based on purchase history and recent engagement, so future email campaigns can be more targeted and relevant.
If you have experience resolving bounce-rate issues within Shopify Email and are comfortable working directly inside Shopify’s tools, this should be a straightforward task.
