Shopify Dynamic Product Configurator

I need a Shopify product line setup with:

- At least 8 options
- Around 2000 combinations
- Dynamic main photo change when an option is selected

Requirements:
- Fully integrated with cart
- Option selection list
- Not coding I must modify it,add pics, make copy,
- I want to preserve the design in the pic, but i need to increase number of options (it must not be coded mod because i need to modify also form buttom to dropdown if i need it) then i need to make conditions (when client select opt 1=A, opt 2=C, opt 3=B, it can see just some variants of option 4 (not all). Actually I need just the structure with default names and images, just to see the working effect of site, then i will full it by myself with images, names, variants correct names, titles and that's it. I need to be very fluent and mobile responsive cause i sell mostly by phone not pc

I want to minimize expenses, so cost-effective solutions are preferred. Ideal skills include Shopify development and experience with dynamic product setups.
