Shopify Dropshipping Store Manager | Ads, Orders & Long-Term Growth
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for an experienced Shopify dropshipping store manager who can take full responsibility for running and scaling my store. This role is for someone who knows how to bring in sales consistently, manage day-to-day operations, and grow an online business long-term.
Responsibilities:
• Product research & listing (finding high-demand/winning products)
• Order fulfillment & supplier coordination
• Customer service management (emails, refunds, inquiries)
• Ad campaign setup & optimization (Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads)
• Store optimization (conversion rate, upsells, reviews, A/B testing)
• Weekly reports on sales, ad spend, and profit
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing successful Shopify dropshipping stores
• Knowledge of product research tools (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, etc.)
• Strong advertising skills (Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Excellent English communication
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

Trial & Long-Term Partnership
Before committing fully, we’ll start with a short paid trial (7–14 days). During this trial you’ll:
• Upload 2–3 winning products
• Launch 1–2 ad campaigns
• Manage orders & basic customer support
If the trial is successful, this will turn into a long-term partnership, where you’ll have ongoing responsibility for managing and scaling the store. I want someone who’s serious about building a profitable business with me, not just short-term work.
