Shopify Draft Order Page Customization

As a store owner, I am in need of a Shopify expert to help me create a customized 'draft order page' on my Shopify site that will allow customers to select multiple products and size-variants in a user-friendly matrix style layout.
Key Features Required:
- The page should support multiple product selection and size-variant selection.
- A matrix style layout is preferred.
- I should be able to specify which products are on this page.
- Clients should be able to use this page to create orders.
- It should allow for the creation of a 'draft order' on behalf of the customer, which can be sent to them.
- Customers should be able to edit the order before accepting it and checking out.
- The page should calculate subtotals and grand totals on the fly.
Calculations:
- The page should calculate total per variant, sub total per product, and a grand total for the entire order.
Order Review and Confirmation:
- The draft orders should be sent to customers for review via email, allowing them to edit before confirming their order.
