Shopify - Discounts in Cart but not Checkout

We have a shopify store where we have a discount section in the cart, however when someone adds in a discount into the cart then goes to the checkout, the discount does not go to the checkout, so the customer has to enter in the discount code again in the checkout.
This is ONLY happening on Mobile, not desktop
We will need this fixed asap!
