Shopify Developer with ability to Setup GraphQL

Looking for an expert who can help me with basic setup for a shopify app (idea phase)
1. Setup a server & database
2. Use demo stores to fetch data like - orders | collections | products | discounts | customers
3. Prepare products / collection / orders and submit response to a third-party API (json)
4. When Response received for particular product / collection -> Submit it to shopify
I will prefer solution that remains scalable, modern, faster to process huge data regardless database size.
