Shopify Developer to set up a Demo Shop

I'm looking for a Shopify Developer that can help me experiment with tracking configurations for Shopify stores.
Part 1 of the project is very easy: I will provide a demo domain, and I just want a fully functional demo website to work with. You will need to also provide some products so I can browse and place orders end to end. You can pick any standard theme here.
Part 2 will be more complex, about adjusting the Theme implementation to introduce custom events & implementations.
