Shopify Developer for delivery zones and delivery dates dependent on postcode

We want to add an app to our site that allows us to control the price of shipping by delivery zone and also the delivery date option for the customer. So if they are in a certain postcode which is say delivery zone 1 then the delivery may take 2 days and therefore we want a calendar to be displayed that allows them to pick a delivery date in accordance with a courier cutoff timeframe and the number of days that a delivery to that zone takes. We dont want them to be able to select tomorrow when the delivery takes 2 days or 3 days.

We also need the following;
1. pickup option which we also want to control dates of the pickup (and also although them to choose a time range - maybe 2-3 options only)
2. Also free delivery when over $x
3. for local delivery we also have an urgent courier option which means they can select the same day or a particular day from the calendar - this is charged at a different rate)
