Shopify Developer for URL download of CSV Product Import

I'm in need of a skilled Shopify developer with solid experience in data import from Excel. Specifically, you'll be dealing with:
- Product data import into my Shopify site from a URL download of a CSV
- Importing simple data, without dealing with variants or complex attributes.
- syncing of the products in the CSV with Shopify products would happen every 24 hours automatically
- If an existing product on Shopify is not found on the CSV download, its status on Shopify needs to be changed to "draft" or "inactive".
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong Shopify development skills
- Familiarity with Excel or similar data management tools
- Experience with product data migration or import
