Shopify Developer Required

My team and I are in need of a talented Shopify developer to help us with a project. We are looking for someone who has experience with store setup and migration, as we do not have any existing design files and are beginning from scratch. The developer should also not be needed to help us with payment processing, though experience in that area is a plus.
