Shopify Design Changes (fast turnaround)

How familiar are you with Shopify? We have a site we need to look similar to https://www.apple.com/store The theme we have is close but we would like the background color, add to cart, and rounded box with subtle shadows to be there. Get it as close to the apple store as possible. Doesn't have to be exact.
Again the goal isn't to copy it exactly but get it as close as possible.
I'm looking for development immediately so we can show the client something within 12-15 hours from now.
