Shopify Customization

Hi,
I am reaching out to you for my customization requirement. I am working on a project for a packaging company on shopify.
Store Name: Sailcity Packaging (store is not live yet)
Theme: Supply
The requirement is as follows:
Customers can browse our items, select as many items as they want and instead of clicking "Checkout" they would click a button that says "Enquiry"
After clicking on the "Enquiry" button it should display a form where the user needs to enter "First Name", "Last Name", "Email Address" as mandatory fields and "Contact Number" as optional field
After you submit the form one email should go to the customer as acknowledgement and the second email should go to the merchant displaying the selected products and their quantities
