Shopify Courier App Deployment

I need a developer who can package and publish our existing local-delivery courier solution as a fully functional Shopify app. The build must include seamless order tracking, an accurate shipping-rate calculator, and simple customs-documentation management that plugs directly into a merchant’s checkout flow.
