My Shopify Contact Form Is Not Working

I am looking for a Shopify expert to help me fix the issue with my contact form. Currently, when the form is submitted, it shows a success message, but I do not receive any emails. I am using Gmail as my email provider for the contact form. I have already checked my spam or junk folder, and the emails are not there.
