Shopify Collection

I have a website that is not yet launched and it is food ingredients related.

I need a working solution to the problem I have and I am going to list it below, so please tell me if you are able to provide a solution as to how it can be done. I only need a working solution and will implement it myself, so it will need to be a clear set of instructions.

Firstly I am going to give a working example of a website which shows how I would like to implement on my own website.

1.0 The name of the EXAMPLE website is www.souschef.co.uk

2.0 If you click on INGREDIENTS link on the homepage, the hyperlink is: https://www.souschef.co.uk/collections/ingredients

2.1 On this page that I showed you in 2.0 you will see a whole list of links. Here are the links for the first row that is on display:

https://www.souschef.co.uk/collections/baking-ingredients
https://www.souschef.co.uk/collections/drinks

If you scroll down the page further, you will see a whole list of products that are probably tagged with "Ingredients".

I have a website that is called www.lemonsalt.co.uk which is currently password protected.

I also have an INGREDIENTS tab on my homepage and when you click on this tab, all products that are TAGGED with "Ingredients" are displayed. Therefore there is NO INTERIM page like on SOUSCHEF website.

I would like clear instructions as to how to create this INTERIM Collections page as you see on souschef.
