Shopify Coding troubleshooting

I got a 3rd party coder to add in a code that allowed me to play videos for my slideshow, i approved the job as it looked like it worked on my theme editor. However The video isn't playing on mobile phone, instead it is just a photo that is frozen on the first frame of the video.
I also was hoping to have a transparent header.

I have a website launch in 5 hours and need this solved by then!
Can someone work on this with me ASAP! Would be very much appreciated Thank you :)
