Shopify Coding (Supply Theme)

We are looking to make a small change in code for our Shopify store. The current theme is Supply.
The currency converter is currently at the bottom of the page. It needs to be moved to the top, right under the menu bar. This will require a change in the code theme, as well as some custom coding in the Geolocation app.
The fee is $100, and will only be paid once the change has been successfully completed.
