Shopify Coding (Supply Theme)

We are looking to make a small change in code for our Shopify store, as well as some custom coding to the Geolocation app. The current theme is Supply.
The currency converter is currently at the bottom of the page. It needs to be moved to the top, right under the menu bar. This will require a change in the code, and Shopify Support was unable to fix this.
The fee is $100, and will only be paid once the change has been successfully completed.
Only apply if you are 100% certain you can do this. Do not waste our time or yours.
