Shopify Changes - Hero Slider, Discount Code, and Plugin recommendations

We need a GOOD Shopify developer can that help us with changes to our existing website. We have been running in 2017 and the store has a few issues. Also we need someone who can make some suggestions on how to modernise the website by integrating top sale plugins. This may include use of discount codes, sale landing pages, upsell sale techniques.
