Shopify Cart Error Troubleshooting

I'm experiencing an intermittent issue on my Shopify store where it throws an error occasionally when adding physical products to the cart. I have tested this on my iPhone and everytime the error seems to come up. I have attached the screenshot below:

The issue seems to occur randomly without any specific pattern.
