Shopify CSS Template improvements and Javascripting

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with improvements to my Shopify CSS template. The specific requirements include layout and design changes to enhance the overall look and feel of the website. There will also be some icons that needs to be designed, but I have examples of what Want in terms of icones so it is straight forward.
Design Examples: I have explicit examples of the designs that I would like to follow, which will provide clear guidance for the project.
JavaScript Functionality: I require specific JavaScript functionalities to be added to the website. I already have a clear understanding of what I need, so I am looking for a freelancer who can implement these functionalities effectively.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
