Shopify CRO Specialist for Sensory / ADHD & Autism Store (Commission Based)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Looking for an experienced Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to help grow an existing niche ecommerce store in the sensory / ADHD & autism space.
About the store:
We sell sensory products and calming solutions designed for children and adults with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing needs. The goal is to turn current traffic into more buyers, increase average order value, and build a reliable, scalable sales engine.
What you will do:
Audit the current Shopify store (UX, layout, product pages, cart and checkout) and identify conversion bottlenecks.
Improve product pages with benefit-led, trust-building copywriting tailored to parents, caregivers and neurodivergent users.
Set up and run A/B tests on key elements (headlines, images, layouts, CTAs, offers, bundles, etc.).
Implement CRO best practices to increase conversion rate and average order value (bundles, upsells, cross-sells, guarantees, social proof, urgency, etc.).
Use analytics (Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, funnels) to make data-driven decisions and track uplift.
Collaborate on marketing funnels (Meta/Facebook ads, email flows, basic SEO landing pages) so traffic converts instead of just clicking and leaving.
What we are looking for:
Proven Shopify CRO experience with real before/after results on previous stores.
Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, buyer psychology, and direct-response style copy.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and conversion tracking.
Comfortable working performance-focused and discussing numbers (conversion rate, AOV, revenue uplift).
Good communication and ability to explain what you changed and why.
Important:
This is not a blockchain or crypto-related project.
This is an ongoing role for the right person, with long-term collaboration possible if performance is strong.
When you apply, please include:
One or two Shopify stores where you directly improved sales or conversion rate (brief summary: niche, changes you made, and results).
Your typical CRO process from first audit to test rollout.
Your availability per week and time zone.
Only apply if you have real Shopify CRO experience and are confident working in a performance-driven setup.
