Shopify Banner & Homepage Enhancement

I’m refreshing my Shopify store that sells hockey gear and need an eye-catching new banner plus fresh ideas for the rest of the home page.

For the hero image, I want a detailed close-up of our best-selling sticks, pads, or helmets—no action shots—so shoppers immediately see the quality. The photo must communicate high performance and durability while staying true to classic team colors (think jersey hues, not neutral or overly vibrant tones). If you can source or edit a shot that nails that brief, even better.

Beyond the banner, I’d love your creative insight on how to polish the home page layout, copy placement, and any quick-win UX tweaks that will move more inventory. I’m on Shopify, so please keep recommendations compatible with standard theme settings or easy-to-install apps.
