Shopify Backend Fix

I’m looking for someone to help me out with fixing a backend issue on my Shopify store. The issue I am facing is that an image is appearing twice in my product catalog. I have not implemented any customizations or apps, so it appears to be caused by the default settings. I'm needing this issue to be fixed as soon as possible, but the timeline is somewhat flexible - I need the issue fixed within a month.
