Shopify Automation with Make.com and ChatGPT

I need an automation setup using Make.com and ChatGPT to streamline updating product listings that are in Draft mode on Shopify, and then move into Active mode, once the following updates have been made:
Requirements:
- Use Make.com to automate the updating of product descriptions, titles, and images in Draft mode.
- Use ChatGPT to generate product images based on product title.
- Download and then upload these images to Shopify using a custom webhook.
- Automate the translation of any non-English words in Shopify product titles, prior to the above steps and before the products are set to Active mode. Product title to remain in English if no translation is needed.
