Shopify Athlete Page Layout

For our existing webshop we want a visual update to our athlete/team page.
The requirements are as follows:

1) Images are all 1:1 (or 2:3), changeable in the Theme customizer
2) Images are all black and white when no hover or click
3) Once the mouse goes over an image, the color should be normal (on mobile when
clicked or viewed at directly). Example (https://k2snow.com/de-at/team)
4) When clicked on an athlete (picture), more information about the rider should be
displayed (either on a new page, or in a dropdown like in the example above)
5) The text for the athletes should be roughly this length:
• Name (name)
• Alter (age)
• Disziplin (sport)
• Favorite Bike-Park oder Snowboard Park (Location)
• Wann bist du am liebsten NAKED? (favorite NAKED situation)
• Lieblings-Produkt (favorite product with link)
• #lifeisbetternaked
6) These bullet points should be easily editable by us (maybe customizer as well)
