Looking for a Shopify Developer to help us build an app that's going to essentially be a post purchase survey form that lives on the thank you page.
There's a few similar apps out there, we have some additional features we'd like to add, please apply if you have experience with Shopify app development, even better if you can walk us specifically through what's needed here in terms of the development work, but also what would be needed to create the UI for brands to interact and see survey results.
