Shopify App Developer

I’m preparing to build a fully embedded Shopify app and want to start with a focused technical deep-dive before committing to a larger build. The planned stack is React for the admin UI and a Node.js backend using Shopify Admin APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and native billing.

The product will rely heavily on automation queues, background workers, and solid database design, and will touch Shopify SEO surfaces such as blogs, metadata, and schema markup, along with AI-powered integrations via third-party APIs.

For this initial phase, I’m only looking for technical insight, architecture recommendations, tooling choices, and potential pitfalls. A follow-up build engagement is possible if the discussion goes well.
