Set up Shopify and link it to social media

I am looking for someone creative to set up my Shopify shop with products and link it to my existing social media accounts. I have already registered a Shopify account and have existing social media accounts to link to. My main goal for integrating Shopify with social media is to increase sales. I hand make bespoke ceramic decorations for horse lovers. There will be around 5 listings with several colour variations within each listing. I want to be able to hand over the photos and description for someone to use their creativity and experience to produce a functional and beautiful shop. Immediate start.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience setting up Shopify set up and creation and linking them to social media
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies to increase sales
- Understanding of e-commerce and online sales
- Strong communication skills to ensure a smooth project process
