Set Up Shopify Store

I need a Shopify expert to help me set up a store that will be very similar to a typical T shirt store but with a small twist. I have attached mockups of what I am looking to create for the home page, collections page and the individual product page. I am open to using any suggested theme (free or purchased) and will probably need an app or two added in order to get the product options functionality I need.
