Senior E-commerce & Google Ads Specialist (Shopify) – Performance Role (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly results-driven E-commerce & Google Ads Specialist to scale Shopify stores.

This role is for candidates who can generate profitable campaigns, not just manage ads.

Your Mission:
Build and manage Shopify stores
Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Analyze key metrics: ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Profit
Optimize product pages and funnels
Identify winning products and scale them

Your goal: turn data into profitable growth

Requirements (MANDATORY):
Proven experience with Shopify (store creation + management)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
Strong results-oriented mindset (KPI-driven)
Autonomous and execution-focused
Strong Advantage:
Experience with high-ticket products
Experience scaling campaigns
Knowledge of tracking (GA4, Pixels, UTMs)
Working Conditions:
Fixed: $250/month
Performance bonus (based on profit / ROI)
Fully remote
5 days/week – 8 hours/day
