Senior Shopify CRO & Full Funnel Optimization Expert Needed

We are a DTC brand in the accessories space (backpacks) (Shopify-based) looking for a true Conversion Rate Optimization expert — not a designer, not a page builder.

We are specifically looking for someone who has:
- Led structured A/B testing programs
- Optimized full e-commerce funnels (not just product pages)
- Worked on high-ticket products
- Experience with data-driven hypothesis development
- Improved conversion through testing — not opinions

This is not a redesign project. This is about:
- Funnel analysis (landing page to PDP to cart to checkout)
- Identifying friction & psychological barriers
- Creating structured testing roadmaps
- Running and analyzing A/B tests
- Increasing CVR, AOV and overall revenue efficiency

You should be comfortable working with:
- Shopify
- Heatmaps & session recordings
- Analytics tools
- Split testing platforms
- High-intent traffic environments
