2) ★ Order data is automatically downloaded every morning at 10 o'clock and sent to the warehouse by email.
3) Data of shipping completion from the warehouse is saved in the cloud (assuming Dropbox etc., synchronized with local HD.)
4) ★ Upload shipping completion data to Shopify every day at 16:00 to change inventory and sales data
5) ★ Automatically download inventory data that reflects the number of inventories after shipping is completed and save it in the cloud.
It will be. I would like to completely unmanned this work.

6) New customers register (when ordering, when registering as a member)
7) ★ Automatically save the new customer data list file to the cloud at 10 o'clock every morning

8) Calculate the expected out-of-stock date on Google Sheet based on the data in 5), and determine the ordering date by calculating back from the delivery date for each product (the calculation function is created by us).
9) ★ Import Google Sheets data and create purchase orders for products that have reached the order date for each factory.
10) ★ When the accounting staff manually approves (partially corrects) the purchase order, an email with a PDF attached is automatically sent to the factory.

If the ordered item arrives, manually create the file 3) and save it in the same directory as the shipping completion data to increase the number of items in stock on Shopify.
The files created in 5) and 7) are imported into the local database at 17:00 every day.
