[SHOPIFY] Apply Discount On Way To Checkout

Hello, I'm looking for someone to code a button on my cart page which will apply a 10% discount (or amount I choose) on the way to the Checkout page. (from Cart to Checkout)

So the button will need to do 2 things:
1. Apply discount. (set to 10%, make it changable)
2. Redirect to Checkout page for customer to finish purchase.
