Revamp Two Way Radio Accessories Store Menu on Shopify

I'm seeking an expert to assist in creating a better menu structure for my Shopify store that sells two way radio accessories. The goal is to enhance the organization of products into categories.
My site: earphoneguy.com has quite a few products to offer. There is not enough room for all of them on the navigation bar. So I am having to list some under Additional Products. You can get an idea of what I have as they are currently on my site. Surveillance & Lapel Kits, Speaker Mics, and Headsets all need three menu levels. I am using the Warehouse theme from Shopify. I will require a sample - demo site to see this in action. This will need to work well on desktop and mobile sites. I am happy to do some of the work, once shown how.
This is not a huge job, the budget will be relatively low as it will take minimal time.
