Remote customer service

Hello
We're looking for someone who can do remote customer service for our website. It will be in English language. Everything is on mail.
You need to be:
- Fluent in English
- Nice to people (of course)
- Helpful
A big plus if you already know how to use Shopify already.
Most of the problems you might run into are fairly easy. It's usually tracking orders, replying about stocks etc. Maybe minor edits in Shopify.
The job will be 20-25 hours weekly (4-5 hours a day Monday-Friday).
