Real-Time E-Com Bookkeeping Support

We are looking for a party to proces the bookkeeping for 40 of our dutch e-com clients who have foreign entities (USA, UK, HK) they run on Shopify and I need their books kept up-to-date in Xero on a live, rolling basis. Every sale and purchase must flow automatically from Shopify, be coded to the correct entity, currency, tax jurisdiction and cost center, and be reconciled against bank feeds without lag.

You will review the daily imports, post purchase invoices from suppliers, match payouts, and keep the chart of accounts consistent across all three entities. I expect clean, month-end reports that are ready for my CPA with no suspense balances. Experience handling multi-currency Shopify data inside Xero is essential.

Deliverables are straightforward:
• Daily/ monthly reconciliation of Shopify sales and supplier purchases
• Correct tax and FX treatment for the LLC, HK, and UK ledgers
• Month-end P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements that tie back to Xero

Work can start immediately once access is granted to Shopify and Xero.
