Here's what I found during my investigation:

The Embedded App Checks are designed to run automatically when you interact with your app embedded in the Shopify admin. For these checks to activate and complete, you need to:

Install and open your app in a development store - The checks won't run unless you're actively using the app within the Shopify admin environment
Use a regular browser session - Incognito/private browsing can interfere with the checks and prevent them from completing
Disable ad blockers and script blockers - Browser extensions that block scripts or ads can prevent the App Bridge checks from running properly

Next steps:

Please try the following and see if the checks complete:

Install your app on a development store if you haven't already
Open and interact with your app in a normal browser session (not incognito)
Temporarily disable any ad blocker or script blocking extensions in your browser
Navigate through your app's main features to trigger the checks
Wait a few moments and check if the review status updates

The checks should run and complete within a two hours once you're interacting with the app under these conditions. If you've already done all of this and the checks still aren't completing after 24 hours, please let me know and I'll investigate further.
