Put Review-Stars on top of the Page and make it "clickable" and reorder my page headers.

My Shop is a Shopify- Store.
I want to put my review stars right under the product picture and if you click on the stars, it should "jump" down to the review section.
Furthermore, i have a function on my page, saying: "Click here for more", which unfolds the text on the product page. I want this option DELETED and therefore a new order of my Sections.
I attached some Pictures of a competitor, who has it like i want it. The first 3 pictures is how I WANT IT.
The pictures 4-6 is like my page is right now. So i want the "click for more deleted" and the page to be unfolded by default. Furthermore, i want my sections like " Zusammensetzung" and so on, to be like on pic 2 -3.
