Progress Navigation Pane for Shopify Info Pages

I have a shopify store at www. commercial3dfiles.com . I'm going to be building some informational pages for the store that will be long, with images and text. I want a navigation window on the left side that shows the view where they are at in the document. I really like the examples at https://lab.hakim.se/progress-nav/ and also at https://slides.com/developers. Please review these. If this can be done with some kind of module that's fine too. Otherwise I want something developed where when I create a new page, I can apply this format and build the navigation pane with links to docking points in the page. I don't know the best way to do this. That will be your job, to figure out the simplest and best way to do it without messing up anything else that is going on with the existing store format.
