Product on Demand Shop Developer

I am looking to have a product on demand shop developed, and I have decided to build it on the Shopify platform. Additionally, I would like to have customizable templates in the shop for customers to be able to customize the look and feel. Integrating with a payment provider is not currently necessary. I will also need help setting up the shop according to my specifications as well.
