Scope of Work – Focused on Polish & Minor Enhancements:
Surge Theme Customization & Premium Polish
Refine typography, colors (metallic silver accents to match logo), spacing, and layout for a luxury watch-brand feel
Optimize homepage, collection pages, and product detail pages (PDP): hero sections, trust badges, benefit icons, upsell/cross-sell blocks
Ensure perfect mobile responsiveness and visual hierarchy
Product & Catalog Refinement
Elevate the 12 existing products: improve image presentation (zoom/galleries), variant display, descriptions layout, pricing/trust elements
Add subtle CRO touches (e.g., "Frequently Bought Together", social proof placeholders) using Surge's native blocks
Site-Wide Optimization
Navigation, mega menu, footer polish (policies, contact, payment icons)
Basic SEO tweaks (meta titles/descriptions, alt texts)
Speed & performance fine-tuning if needed (Surge is already fast)
Shipping & Fulfillment Suggestions (Optional but Welcome)
TeemDrop handles current fulfillment well (auto-sync, pricing, China-based shipping), but we are open to recommendations for easier/better shipping integrations
Suggestions for apps that improve tracking visibility, customer communication, branded packaging, or faster options (e.g. alternatives like CJdropshipping, Zendrop, AutoDS, DSers, Spocket for EU/US warehouses if relevant)
