Premium Shopify Store Creation for KoolHub

Project: Build a premium Shopify store for my clothing brand KoolHub.
Strict Budget - 5000 INR
Requirement:
Developer must first create full Figma designs (homepage, product page, collection pages, about, contact, cart, checkout flow, account pages).
Development will begin only after I approve the designs.

Clean premium UI/UX (mobile-first)

Men/Women structure + collections (Oversized, Compression, Jackets)
