Portuguese Online Store Build

I need a complete e-commerce site that will serve customers in Portuguese only. The store must include a product catalogue, shopping cart, secure checkout, mobile-friendly layout and the usual admin tools for inventory, tax, shipping and discount management.

Platform choice is still open; I am willing to consider Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or any other framework you can justify for speed, scalability and ease of use. Design should follow a clean, modern aesthetic, with all interface text, emails and error messages in native Portuguese.

Payment gateway integration, basic SEO set-up and user analytics must be in place by launch. After the build is complete I will need a brief hand-over session to walk me through product uploads and day-to-day maintenance.
